  minced garlic
2  Tbsp.
  Olive Oil
2  Tbsp.
  Water
1  piece
  Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1  tsp.
  fresh basil - chopped
1  Tbsp.
  oregano - dried
15  oz.
  navy beans - drained and rinsed
1  dash
  salt
1  pinch
  pepper

Mix the garlic, olive oil, water, lemon juice, basil, oregano and beans in a glass bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Bring salad to room temp. before serving.
